1. Employment 1. 1. By integrating Ansar into the prospective organization. Collection of applications from the District Commandant's office on behalf of prospective institutions.
2. After receiving approval from the HQ, the Ansards should submit a draft/cheque equal to 03 months salary allowance to the District Commandant as an advance.

2. Employment 2. Incorporation of Messaged Answers for Jobs 1. Display messages received on mobile to Circle Adjutant/Office Assistant and verify through AMIS software.
2. Submit the following documents:
- Photocopy of training certificate
- Photocopy of smart card
- Photocopy of educational certificate
- Photocopy of Citizen Certificate by Chairman
- Photocopy of National Identity Card
- Police Verification Report
Original copies of all the above documents should be shown.

3. Training 1. Issuance of certificates to trained members/members 1. Application along with District Commandant
2. Written recommendation on the application form by the concerned Upazila ABI officer
3. The following documents should be submitted along with the application form:
- Photocopy of training certificate
- Photocopy of citizenship certificate
- Photocopy of National Identity Card

4. Training 2. General Ansar Training The Ansar training trainees are selected through physical fitness verification and written test on scheduled dates.
Required Qualifications:
1. VDP must have basic training
2. Age should be 18-30 years.
3. Height must be at least 5'6".
4. Educational Qualification SSC Pass.
5. Must have national identity card.
6. Must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.
7. Must be physically and mentally healthy.
8. There will be no adverse comments on police verification.

5. Training 3. VDP Basic Training Required Qualifications:
1. Age should be 18-30 years.
2. Height should be at least 5'4".
3. Educational Qualification- 9th Class.
4. Must have national identity card.
5. Must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.
6. Must be physically and mentally healthy.
